Its cut by water jet machine and assembled by hand. The process including: cutting, assembling, gluing,compounding, splitting and polishing. 1. size is 56" * 92". 2. Thickness is 16mm 3. Center is one big piece, borders are seperate pieces. 4. Aluminum backing for the center part ,and stone backing for borders, in case of bending. 5. Over 10000 cuts. We are taking orders of 120" * 180" of carpets now after this amazing piece is finished. And 4 other new concept lobby "carpet inlay" orders for top hotel flooring designing and producting.
